Actor, Cabaret Singer, Chamber Musician, and Early Music Specialist

Ms. Barber has performed with a variety of theatrical and musical groups in the U.S. and Canada, tackling roles from Shakespeare to Sondheim Her lyric coloratura soprano voice can be heard regularly singing music by composers from the 16th century to the 21st.

When not on stage herself, Ms. Barber is helping prepare others for performance, or working on the production of new music and theatre pieces. She has worked with the Bloomington Early Music Festival and Early Music Muncie as well as a number of Theatres in this capacity.
Teacher
Ms. Barber teaches voice and piano at Taylor University in Upland Indiana, she teaches private voice and piano lessons in Selma, Indiana, and she teaches ballet in Farmland, Indiana at the Farmland Cultural Center.
